Would you like to simplify and secure your library management?

The SILO mini load storage solution stores maintenance parts (nuclear plants, production sites) / spare parts weighing over 300 kg inside a mechanically-welded structure providing capacity up to 1,000 m² / 800 m³. The two front-located viewing/work stations provide simultaneous access to several references enabling you to optimize replenishment/removal cycle time.

The SILO ASRS can be accessed by badging or by password via the G-DOC document software which ensures archive integrity and tracks movements requested during viewing.

Is it vital for you to manage your documents in a controlled way?

The SILO ASRS offers controlled environment storage (temperature, humidity, etc.) for all your sensitive parts (books, manuscripts etc.). As such, you are real-time informed whenever the tolerance grades are no longer complied with.

Do you need to optimize your storage space?

The drawer and removable partitioning solution ensures you optimize your volumes as much as possible. The real effective volume is the effective drawer volume. There is no space-waste as there are no forks or pallet. There is no space-waste due to shelf thickness. And, to offer you maximum volume, we decided to propose a solution which contains the least containers possible. The use of divisible plastic containers should be favoured for sensitive references which cannot come into iron-to-iron contact.

Would you like to reduce user movements?

Users do not need to change areas to view files in the ASRS. Luminous diodes positioned every 20 mm identify the references to be taken out perfectly. Our solution means less movement, less fatigue and more productivity.

Would you like to prevent occupational accidents?

The ELECTROCLASS Silo ASRS solution is designed to offer users maximum user-friendliness. Drawers may comprise plastic containers or metal separators which create spaces. When a user calls a drawer, it arrives on the conveyor access bay which is always placed at a height of 900 mm. Reference removal is much more ergonomic as users do not need to pull out a container to remove an item. In our case, the reference is directly accessible from above, thus making handling easier and saving time when choosing items. User security is also taken into account. As users do not need to handle containers which can weigh up to 5 kg, there is no risk of accident related to containers or to references which could fall on users' feet.

Area indicators

The Area indicator option offers a set of configurable diodes. These are positioned in the lookup table and, via a computer, allow you to identify the exact location of the reference to be taken out. Diode spacing is 20 mm.

The SILO ASRS can be equipped with an electric curtain that fully closes the access bay. This option is necessary when a controlled environment (temperature or constant atmosphere) is required.

We offer secure access to the stacker crane via a reader configured according to your badge technology: you reuse your current badge to access your stock safely

The SILO ASRS can be equipped with ventilation systems (CMV), with systems for ensuring temperature and humidity remain constant as well as a cooling unit, etc. They can also be equipped with fire detection and gas injection systems.

The oak table offers a high quality finish to the viewing bay.

With their 50 mm spacing are designed in galvanized sheet metal and offer the opportunity to compartmentalize a drawer. These features, linked to the area indicators are used to organize the contents of drawers optimally

Double viewing

SILOS ASRS can be equipped with double viewing. This allows two people to take references from two separate drawers at the same time.
