ELECTROCLASS After-Sales Service
Our After-Sales Service: a 100% ELECTROCLASS team!
ELECTROCLASS after-sales, which comprises 25 people including 20 technicians spread throughout the region, provides rapid response to all our customers where curative maintenance is required for our own machines as well as those of our competitors.
This proactive action is complemented by the expertise of our technicians who all average around 15 years' experience with us. This perfect business knowledge means that automated storage and secure vending machine downtime is significantly reduced.
The after-sales is also a technical support hub (Hotline) run by two technicians/automation engineers: one person is based at our head office in Bussy-St-Georges (77) whilst the other works in our production facility in Carignan (08).
The service is headed by a manager and two secretary services: Northern Europe and Southern Europe
We also take care of shipping and delivering most of our equipment using our own company truck and driver.
